Plans to construct the new CVLX have been granted a Works Approval by the Victorian EPA.
EPA has comprehensively examined the project in line with relevant state environment protection policies and guidelines, and has considered public submissions and the planning panel’s recommendations.
Assessment has focused specifically on potential environmental issues, such as odour and noise, wastewater treatment, effluent reuse, and stormwater management.
